Biography
From 2008 to 2010, he studied at the Pavlodar Law College of the Committee of the Criminal Executive System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2011, he served as Specialist–Inspector for the Organization of Convict Labor at Institution АК-159/21 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System in Karaganda region.
From 2011 to 2013, he worked as Inspector of the Department for Organization of Convict Labor at the same institution.
From 2013 to 2016, he served as Head of the Unit of the Department for Educational Work with Convicts at Institution АК-159/21 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System in Karaganda region.
From 2016 to 2018, he served in the Internal Affairs bodies as an Operative Officer (acting senior) of the Department for Investigation of Property Crimes, Criminal Police Department, Almaty District Police Department, Astana city.
In 2018, he worked as Operative Officer of the Department for Investigation of Property Crimes, Baykonur District Criminal Police Department, Astana city, later continuing in the same capacity in the Police Department of Baykonur District.
In 2019, he held positions as Operative Officer of the Anti-Narcotics Group, Baykonur District Police Department, and Operative Officer of the Department for Countering Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogs and Precursors, Department for Countering Narcotics Crime, Police Department, Nur-Sultan city.
From 2019 to 2025, he served as Senior Operative Officer of the Department for Countering Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogs and Precursors, Department for Countering Narcotics Crime, Police Department, Astana city, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2025, he was appointed Senior Operative Officer, and later Head of the Operational Department of Institution No. 3 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System for Astana city.
Since November 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for Operational Work, Institution No. 64, Department of the Criminal Executive System for Astana city, Committee of the Criminal Executive System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
