She was born on April 6, 1976.
Higher education, in 1999 graduated from Kostanay State University. A.Baytursynova, majoring in "Jurisprudence". In 2007, she received a second higher education in the Kazakh-Russian University, majoring in Economics.
In 2004, she was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2009, she was awarded the badge "Excellent Worker of the Treasury Service".
In 2010 she was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of Akim of Kostanay region.
In 2011, she was awarded the badge "Excellent financial service".
