Inkerbaev Gaydar Dabirovich

He was born on October 11, 1977. Higher education, in 1998 graduated from the Kazakh state Academy with a degree in Economics. In 2002 he received the second higher education in the Kazakh national University Al-Farabi, majoring in Jurisprudence. PhD in economics.
