Biography
Manzorov Serik Bagdatovich, was born on July 07, 1983 in Taldykorgan, Almaty region.
In 2004, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in law and qualified as a lawyer. In 2006, he graduated from West Coast University, awarded a Master of Business Administration degree, in 2009 - Kazakh Economic University named after T.Ryskulov, majoring in finance, finance qualification. In 2010, he was awarded a master's degree in Public and Local Administration at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2019 he graduated from the Kazakh Automobile and Road Institute named after L.B.Goncharov with a degree in construction, awarded a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology.
