Biography
Amangeldi Galymzhan Toregeldiuly, was born in 1989 in South Kazakhstan region. Higher education, in 2010 he graduated from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin with a degree in Finance, was awarded the academic degree Bachelor of Finance.
2012 - expert of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2012 – 2015 - expert of the Control Department of the Budget Committee of Financial Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2015 – 2018 - Chief Specialist of the VAT Administration Department of the Indirect Tax Administration Department of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana;
2017 – 2018 - Head of the VAT Administration Department of the Indirect Tax Administration Department of the State Revenue Department in Astana;
2018 – 2020 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Baikonur district of the State Revenue Department for the city of Nur Sultan of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2020 – 2021 - Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Almaty district of the State Revenue Department for the city of Nur Sultan of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2021 – 2022 - Head of the Export Department of the State Revenue Department for Nur-Sultan of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2022 - Head of the VAT Administration Department within the EAEU of the Department of State Revenue for Nur-Sultan of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2022 – 2024 - Head of the Indirect Tax Administration Department of the State Revenue Department in Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
On October 10, 2024, by Order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 09, 2024 №663-zh, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
