2004-2008 – E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University, Karaganda, Kazakhstan, qualification in specialty: Bachelor of Law.
Work experience:
from 2008 to 2014, he worked in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From 2014 to 2015, he worked in the procurement and logistics service of Tau Ken Temir LLP, JSC NGK Tau Ken Samruk, JSC NWF Samruk-Kazyna;
from November 2017 to March 2018, he worked as a methodologist at the Territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region;
From March 2018 to February 2019, he worked as the Chief specialist of the Territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region;
From February 2019 to September 2019, Chief Expert of the Human Resources Department of the Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control Committee of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
