Biography
Born on September 23, 2001, in Kokterek village, Katon-Karagay district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2019, he graduated from the Katon-Karagay Agricultural and Technical College with a specialty in Farming, obtaining the qualification of an Electrician for the maintenance of electrical equipment.
In 2024, he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Information Systems, earning a Bachelor’s qualification in Information and Communication Technologies.
He began his professional career in 2019. His total work experience exceeds 5 years, including in public service. He completed military service in the ranks of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since May 2025 – Assistant to the Akim (Head) of the Ülken Naryn district.
