Biography
Bayrakhmetov Eldos Zhanbolayuly was born on September 25, 1990 in the village of Balgyn in Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region.
In 2009, he graduated from the College of Economics and Finance with a degree in computer engineering and Software.
In 2015, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software.
He started his career in 2011 as an operator of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a technician, design engineer at KazakhtelecomJSC.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked in various positions at the Central Executive Committee of Astanatelecom.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked at JSC SEC Ertis as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
From 2021 to 2022, he worked as an adviser, assistent to a member of the Board (Minister) for Economics and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow.
From November 2022 to January 2023, he worked as Deputy Head of the Finance Departament of the East Kazakhstan region.
Since February 2023, he has been appointed head of the Departament of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the East Kazakhstan region.
Since February 22, 2024, the temporary duties of the akim of the Ulken Naryn district have been assigned.
