Fedorova Victoria Sergeevna was born in 1973 in Irkutsk (Russian Federation).

Higher education: in 1995 he graduated from Akmola University with a degree in Pedagogy and Methods of Initial Exposure and Music, in 2004 - from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Finance and Credit.

Career

Since August 1995, he began his career as a teacher in secondary school No. 14 in Akmola.
In the period from June 1998 to October 2001, he held various positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In October 2001, he continued his civil service at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the chief specialist of the Department of Financial, Organizational and Personnel Work.
From November 2002 to April 2005, he held the position of chief specialist of the advanced training department of the Personnel Support and Document Management Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In April 2005, he was appointed head of the personnel department of the Human Resource and Document Management Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From June 2008 to October 2011, he was the chief expert of the Personnel Coordination Department of the Personnel Coordination and Control Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2011 to January 2015 - Head of the Department of Coordination of Human Resource and Analysis of the Department of Coordination of Personnel Work and Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2015 to February 2025, he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resource and Strategy of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 4, 2025, he has been the deputy head of the Educational and Methodological Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
