Capshew Orynbek Talgatovich - 07.09.1976 G. R, was born in West Kazakhstan region, Akzhaik district, village Coralici.Higher legal education.In 1998 , he graduated from the Chimkent law College of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2012 West Kazakhstan University of engineering and Humanities, majoring in law.
With 1998-2018 worked in the field of internal organs. 1998-2006-member of the operative group of the criminal police Tipexchange subdivision of the Department of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan,2006-2013 W Senior operative of office of criminal police of Department of internal Affairs of the Akzhaik district,2007 assistant WHIP OOB OVD of Zhangala area, 2013-2018, First Deputy head of the Department of internal Affairs of Bokeiorda area of the DIA of West Kazakhstan region.02.09.2018 is dismissed from Department of internal Affairs under the article article 80 paragraph 1 p. p. 5 ( on their own).With 15.10.2018 g today for the positions of Governor of West Kazakhstan region, Akzhaik district,Curlynikki rural district.
