Biography
Irmuhanov Artur Oryngalievich, higher education, master's degree in 2009 graduated from the West Kazakhstan state University named after M. Utemisov, with a degree in professional training, and in 2017 from the Kazakhstan University of innovative and telecommunication systems with a degree in Economics.
He started his career with a youth practice in the Department of employment and social programs of Akzhaik District, in 2011 a specialist of the employment center of Akzhaik district, chief specialist of the Department of organizational and control work of the akim of Akzhaik district, in 2013-2015 head of the Department of organizational and control work of the akim of Akzhaik district, since 2015 akim of Bazartyubinsky rural district, since 2018 head of the Department of entrepreneurship of Akzhaik district, since July 2018, he worked as a Deputy head of the Department of entrepreneurship and agriculture of Akzhaik district. In October 2019, he was appointed head of the Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports of the Akzhaik District.
