Biography
Tulybek Bagdat Berdibekuly was born on November 6, 1966 in the village of Taushyk, Tupkaragan district, Mangystau region. In 1991, he graduated from the Zhanaozen Oil College with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, and in 1996 from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University in Ust-Kamenogorsk with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1996 – 2005 – Senior Engineer at Mangistaumunaigas JSC;

2006 – 2007 – Garage manager at GKK "Koktem" Akimat of Aktau city;
2007 – 2008 – Chief Manager at JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Kaspiy;
