Mukash Maksat Askarovich

Maksat Askarovich was born on October 24, 1991, in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau Region.

He graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports, M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University with a degree in Law, and Esil University with a degree in State and Local Government.

He began his professional career in 2013 in the fields of education and sports. Over the years, he has held managerial positions in children’s and youth sports schools. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Director of Children and Youth Sports School No. 1 in the city of Zhanaozen.

Since 2023, he headed the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Mangystau Region.

As of December 22, 2025, he has been appointed Deputy Akim of the city of Zhanaozen.
