Biography
Kalpak Nurlat Sayakhatuly was born on July 12, 1997, in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau Region. He graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a degree in Economics.
He began his professional career in 2018 as an Inspector in the Apparatus of the Akim of Zhanaozen.
Over the years, he served as a Chief Specialist in the Budget Planning Sector and in the Department of Social Programs.
From 2022 to 2024, he headed the Organizational and Control Department of the Akim’s Apparatus, and also served as the Head of the Department of Monitoring, Digitalization, and Quality Control of Public Services.
Since 2026, he has held the position of Chief Inspector in the Apparatus of the Akim of Zhanaozen.
