Biography
Ilyas Turlanovich Baimuratov was born in 1986 in the village of Saikuduk in the Taipak district of the West Kazakhstan region. In 1989, they moved to the village of Yesensai, Taipak district. In 1992-2003, he was educated at Yessensai secondary school in 2003-2008, he received higher education at the wksu named After M.
