Karsakbayeva Gulzira Yelibayevna

Biography
Karsakbayeva Gulzira Yelibayevna was born on June 1, 1984, in the village of Kapal, Almaty Region.
From 2001 to 2005, she studied at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, majoring in «Public Relations in Mass Communications».
From September 1, 2005 to September 1, 2006, she worked under an employment contract at «National Information Agency Kazinform» JSC.
From September 15, 2006 to January 18, 2007, she served as Acting Lead Specialist of the Licensing and Communications Department of the Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 18 to February 20, 2007, she served as Lead Specialist of the same department.
From February 20, 2007 to August 1, 2008, she served as Lead Specialist of the Department for Regulation and Control of State Records Management and Departmental Archives of the Archives and Documentation Directorate of the Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 1, 2008 to May 19, 2010, she served as Expert of the Archives and Documentation Directorate of the Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From May 19, 2010 to March 13, 2012, she served as Expert of the Information and Documentation Directorate of the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From March 13, 2012 to July 17, 2014, she continued to serve as Expert of the Archives and Documentation Directorate of the Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 17, 2012 to May 11, 2014, she served as Chief Expert of the same directorate.
From May 12 to August 6, 2014, she served as Chief Expert of the Archives and Documentation Support Directorate of the Department of Archives and Documentation of the Committee of Information and Archives of the Agency for Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 15, 2014 to June 9, 2021, she served as Head of the State Policy in Archives Directorate of the Department of Archives and Documentation of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since June 9, 2021, she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Archives, Documentation and Book Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
