Kuspan Rollan Kabyluly

Biography
Kuspan Rollan Kabyluly was born in 1987. He graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in «Accounting and Audit» and from Zhambyl Humanitarian and Technical University with a degree in «Law». He also received a Master's degree in Regional Studies from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
In 2022, he graduated from Pennsylvania State University under the «Bolashak» International Scholarship Programme.
He began his career in 2009 as an accountant at the Association of Legal Entities «Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan».
From 2010 to 2012, he served as Deputy Director of the Association of Legal Entities «Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan».
From 2013 to 2014, he served as Executive Director of the same association.
From 2014 to 2015, he served as Deputy Director of the Corporate Foundation «Republican Foundation of the Zhas Otan Youth Wing».
From 2016 to 2017, he served as Head of the Financial and Legal Support Department.
From 2017 to 2021, he served as Head of the Youth Policy Department of Atyrau Region.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Internal Policy Department of Atyrau Region.
From June to November 2023, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Youth and Family Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 13, 2023, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Youth and Family Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
