Biography
Mustafayev Galymzhan was born on August 7, 1978 in Kyzylorda.
He graduated from the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi with a degree in law and Bolashak University with a degree in economics.
Married and has 3 children.
He started his career in 1995 as a secretary of the judicial session of the Kyzylorda City Court, a bailiff.
1999-2001 – specialist, consultant of the Kazaly district state notary office.
2002-2005 - leading specialist of the department of state and legal work of the apparatus of the akim of the city of Kyzylorda, head of the department, assistant to the akim of the city.
2005-2008 – individual entrepreneur.
2008-2010 – Chief Specialist of the Legal Department of the Customs Control Department for the Kyzylorda region of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010-2022 – Chief Specialist, Head of the Department, Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry, Regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism.
2022-2023 – Head of the Gambling Business and Lottery Regulation Department of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023-2024 – Head of the Department of Government Services in the sphere of Gambling Business of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2024-2025 – Head of the Department of Government services of the Committee for Regulation of Gambling Business and Lottery of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 09.01.2025 to the present - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Gambling Business and Lottery of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
