Turganbaev Adilet

Born in 1988 in Aksu, Pavlodar.

In 2009, graduated from the Abylai Khan Kazakh University of World Languages and International Relations, a Bachelor in Regional Studies.

In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University with a Bachelor's degree in Law.

In 2018, graduated from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore under the Bolashak program with a Master’s degree in Public Policy.

Since February 2010 – Project Department Manager at JSC «Fund for the Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan».

Since November 2011 – Expert, Chief Expert of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 2014 – Chief Expert, Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since August 2019 – Chief Consultant, Chief Inspector of the Department for Socio-Cultural Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since March 2023 – Chief Manager of the Corporate Fund «Fund for the Support of Tourism and Sports Industry» (Sport Qory).

Since January 2024 – Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 2025 – Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Gambling Business and Lottery.
