Biktimirova Aigul Erguatovna, was born on November 5, 1974 in the Denisovsky district of Kostanay region, has a higher education.

She graduated from Akmola Agricultural Institute with a degree in accounting and auditing, Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in law.

She started her career in April 1994 as a nurse at the Batalinsk district hospital.

She worked as a medical nurse until October 1995. From May 1998 to January 2001, she worked as an accountant at the Seitmuratov Agricultural Company.

From January 2001 to December 2001, she worked as a specialist in the Accounting and reporting department at the Denisovsky District Financial Department.

From January 2002 to September 2003, she worked as the operator of the main cash desk of Kaz Post Denisovsky Rups.

From September 2003 to December 2004, she worked as the Chief accountant of Kaz Post Office JSC Denisovsky Rups.

From December 2004 to February 2010, she held the position of Head of the Office of Kaz Post Denisovsky Rups.

From August 2005 to October 2019, he was the First Deputy Chairman of the Denisov district branch of the Nur Otan Party .

From March 2009 to February 2012, he was the head of the Sarah Agricultural Company From October 2019 to November 2023, he was the head of the office of the akim of the Denisovsky district.

From November 2023 to the present - Deputy akim of the Denisovsky district.

Manages the activities of the departments of the district akimat supervised by him. Implements state policy in the field of culture and language development, organizes cultural events in the district. Promotes the implementation by citizens and organizations of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legal acts of central and local state bodies.

He directs the activities of the commission for minors and the protection of their rights; the coordinating council for the military-patriotic education of youth and their preparation for military service; the commission for recreation, recreation and employment of children and adolescents in the summer; the commission for family affairs and gender policy; the commission for the protection of historical and cultural monuments; the district draft commission.

Ensures the implementation of digitalization measures and the implementation of project management principles in the activities of relevant fields.

Coordinates:

Issues of domestic policy, state language policy, onomastics, interethnic sphere, culture, religion, demography, youth policy, education, patriotic education, public associations, foundations, mass media, resettlement and work with candace.
