Zhangabulov Sabir Amerkhanovich

Zhangabulov Sabir Amirzhanovich was born on June 3, 1977 in the Denisovsky district of Kostanay region.Komarovka He graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomy, Almaty University named after D.A. Kunaev with a degree in law

He started his career in February 2000 as an agronomist at the Adambayev farm. From May 2003 to April 2004, he worked as a driver for the Kostanay Public Children's Fund

From March 2005 to July 2005, he worked as an inspector for land Relations at the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Denisovsky District

From July 2005 to July 2008, he was the chief specialist of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Denisovsky District.

From July 2008 to August 2010, he held the position of Deputy Director of Shukubai LLP. From August 2010 to November 2010, he worked as the operator of the Department of Land Relations of the Denisovsky District.

From November 2010 to May 2011, he was the Chief specialist of the Department of Land Relations of the Denisovsky District.

From March 2011 to June 2011, he was the head of the Department of Statistics of the Denisovsky district.

From June 2011 to May 2023, he was the head of the Department of Land Relations of the Denisovsky District.

From May 2023 to the present – Deputy akim of the Denisovsky district.

Oversees issues of industrial safety, natural resources and environmental management, transport infrastructure, reconstruction and repair of roads, housing and communal services, life support enterprises, preparation of housing and social and industrial infrastructure for heating seasons, prevention and elimination of local emergencies, development of entrepreneurship and industry, industrialization, innovation, export potential and attraction of investments (in terms of supervised industries), agriculture, land relations, consumer protection, construction, architecture, agriculture (in terms of control over the use and protection of land), emergency situations and civil defense, public order, mobilization training and territorial defense, sectoral programs for the development of housing and communal services, including issues of landscaping, maintenance and protection of green spaces in populated areas points.
