Biography
Gulnur Niyazbekovna Ydyrysheva was born on September 2, 1991.
In 2012, she graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law and Innovation University with a degree in State and Local Government.
From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a translator, inspector, and leading specialist in the Internal Policy Department of Kokpekti District.
From 2015 to 2022, she served as a Chief Specialist in the Internal Policy Department of the city of Semey.
From 2022 to November 2025, she held the position of Head of a Division within the Department of Internal Policy of Abai Region.
