Biography
Arman Serkanovich Zhemagulov was born in 1988 in the village of Shulbinsk, Zhanasemey District, Semipalatinsk Region.
After completing nine grades, he enrolled in the Kainar College in Semey, where he received a qualification as a Social Services Specialist.
In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Financial and Economic Academy in Semey with a degree in Economics and Business.
He began his career as a sales representative.
Over the years, he worked as a statistician, presenter, chief specialist, and head of the finance department of Borodulikha District.
From 2020 until September 2022, he held the position of Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Borodulikha District, East Kazakhstan Region.
