Biography
Ruslan Azatovich Sariev was born on February 10, 1974 in the village of Poronaisk, Sakhalin region . Nationality-Kazakh.Higher education. 1998-2000-Ural agrotechnical College, specialty "Accounting and audit", 2003-2006-Kazakhstan Institute of information technologies and management "Finance and credit".
