Biography
I, baktygaliev Altay baktygalievich, was born on April 25, 1973 in the village of Zhanibek, Zhanibek district, West Kazakhstan region. Nationality – Kazakh. From 1980 to 1988, he studied at the Russian secondary school No. 1 in the village of Zhanibek. From 1988 to 1991, he was trained as a tractor driver, machine operator of a wide profile in SPTU No. 9 of the village of Zhanibek.
In September 1991, He entered the West Kazakhstan Institute of culture named after Dauletkerei and graduated from this Institute in 1995 with a degree in instrumental performance.
After graduation, he worked as a teacher at the Kapan Musin children's music school.
In November 1996-97, he was called up to the armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He served in the military unit No. 61993, Almaty.
From 1998 to 2000, he was hired as a music teacher at the General education school named after him.Taiyra zharokova, Zhanibek village, Zhanibek district.
in September 2000, he was appointed Director of the Children's music school of the Zhanibek district Department of education.
In February 2002, married Kuangaliev Saltanat by Gargamuni, a native of the village sverdlove, Zhanybek district, West Kazakhstan region.
In November 2002, he was appointed akim of Zhanibek Rural district, Zhanibek district, WKO.
Since 2004, he has held the position of head of the Department of internal policy, culture and language development. Since 2006, he worked as the head of the internal policy Department.
In 2007, he was appointed Director of the center for children and youth tourism and ecology and in 2008 was transferred to the Director of the Children's music school of the Zhanibek District Department of education.
Since August 2011, he was released from his post of Director at his own request and appointed a teacher in the dombyr class at the state enterprise "Children's music school" of the Zhanibek District.
From June 18, 2014 to October 30, 2018, he worked as the akim of Uzunkul rural district, Zhanibek district.
On November 20, 2018, he was hired at the Zhanibek District leisure center and was appointed Director of this organization on November 30 of the same year.
From April 30, 2020, he was appointed head of the district Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports.
I have 2 daughters and 1 son.
