Biography
Berkingali Nurdanat was born on March 28, 1977, in the Almaty Region.
In 2000, he graduated from Almaty State Medical Institute with a specialty in General Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology).
In 2008, he completed his doctoral studies at Hannover Medical School.
He began his professional career in 1999 as a paramedic at the Emergency Medical Service in Almaty.
From 2002 to 2005, he worked as an otorhinolaryngologist at the A.N. Syzganov Scientific Center of Surgery in Almaty.
From 2009 to 2010, he served as an expert and chief expert in the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2017, he held the positions of General Director of LLP “Karacas” in Almaty and Director of LLP “Medicell” in Astana.
From 2018 to 2020, he served as Head of the Health Department of the West Kazakhstan Region.
In 2020, he held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Strategy and International Cooperation and Director of the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2024, he was the Director of the Public Health Center “Dostyk” for Primary Health Care in Astana.
Since 2024, he has been serving as the Director of the Public Health Center “City Emergency Medical Service Station” in Astana.
