Raimkulova Gaukhar Ushkempirovna
Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Biography
Gaukhar Ushkempirovna Raimkulova was born on June 28, 1973, in the South Kazakhstan region.
In 1997, she graduated from the South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy with a degree in Pharmacy. In 2009, she graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Economics.
From 1997 to 2005, she worked as a pharmacist, head of a pharmacy, and manager of a pharmaceutical warehouse.
She began her career in public service in 2005 as a chief expert at the Department of Pharmaceutical Control of the Pharmacy Committee under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2012 to 2020, she served as the Head of the Department of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2024, she worked as the Head of the Drug Supply Service at the Social Health Insurance Fund (JSC "Social Health Insurance Fund").
From 2024 to 2025, she was a manager at LLP "Acino Kaz".
As of July 28, 2025, she has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
