Holds a bachelor’s degree from Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages and a master’s degree from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University

Started his career in prosecution authorities in 2018. Over the years, he has worked in various transport prosecution offices, serving as a Prosecutor of the Zhambyl Transport Prosecutor’s Office, Senior Prosecutor of the Dostyk Transport Prosecutor’s Office, and Senior Prosecutor of the Zhambyl Transport Prosecutor’s Office.

Before his current appointment, he served as a Prosecutor of the Department of the Main Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
