Main Transport Prosecutor's Office

The main transport Prosecutor's office is a specialised body of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of transport, on behalf of the state in implementing statutory limits and forms of the Supreme supervision over the observance of legality, represents the state's interests in court and on behalf of the state exercises criminal prosecution.
