Biography
He graduated from Karagandy National Research University named after E.A. Buketov
He began his service in the prosecution authorities in 2013. Over the years, he has worked as Assistant prosecutor of the city of Satpayev, prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Zhezkazgan, senior prosecutor of the Zhezkazgan Transport Prosecutor's Office, prosecutor, and senior prosecutor of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests of the Main Transport Prosecutor's Office.
Until this appointment,– he served as an Assistant to the Chief Transport Prosecutor.
