Biography
В 2000–2004 годах обучался в Южно-Казахстанском государственном университете имени М. Ауезова.
From 2000 to 2004, he studied at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University.
He began his professional career in 2006 in the financial police, holding the position of Inspector of the Intelligence and Search Operations Department of the Special Operational Service Directorate of the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes in the South Kazakhstan Region. In subsequent years, he consistently held positions as Inspector and Senior Inspector in operational units, personnel and educational divisions, as well as in search and operational investigative departments.
From 2009 to 2012, he served in the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes in the Mangystau Region, where he held positions including Senior Inspector for Special Assignments, Head of the Intelligence and Search Operations Department, and Deputy Head of the Special Operational Service Directorate.
Between 2012 and 2014, he worked in personnel and internal security units of the internal affairs bodies, including the Department of Internal Affairs of the South Kazakhstan Region and the city of Astana, serving as Inspector and Senior Operative Officer for Special Assignments.
From 2014 to 2017, he served as Deputy Head — Head of the Operational Department of the Internal Security Directorate of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana.
From 2017 to 2019, he headed the Internal Security Directorates of the Transport Police and the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2022, he served in the Internal Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding positions as Senior Operative Officer for Special Assignments and Deputy Head of the Operational Directorate.
In 2022, he was appointed Head of the 2nd Operational Directorate of the Department of Economic Investigations for the Aktobe Region of the Agency for Financial Monitoring of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to 2024, he served in the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding positions as Senior Operative Officer for Special Assignments in units responsible for combating particularly serious crimes and countering the financing of organized crime.
Since 2024 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Head of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the city of Astana under the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
