Biography
In 2007–2008, he completed initial training courses at the Pavlodar Law College of the Committee of the Criminal Executive System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008, he began his service as Unit Head of the Department for Educational Work with Convicts at Institution EC-166/10 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System for Astana city (on a contractual basis). From 2008 to 2010, he continued serving in the same position on a permanent basis.
From 2010 to 2011, he held the position of Senior Specialist — Senior Inspector of the Department of Logistics and Economic Support at Institution EC-166/10.
In 2011–2012, he served as Head of the Department of Logistics and Economic Support at the same institution.
In 2012, he was dismissed in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1597 dated December 14, 2012, regulating social guarantees, benefits, and the wearing of uniforms upon termination of special or class ranks.
From 2012 to 2016, he served as Head of the Department of Material and Technical Support at Institution EC-166/10.
From 2016 to 2017, he worked as Unit Head of the Department for Educational Work with Convicts at the same institution.
From 2017 to 2022, he held the position of Deputy Head of Institution EC-166/10 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System for Nur-Sultan city, overseeing general affairs and the organization of convict labor.
From 2022 to 2024, he served as Head of Institution No. 3 of the Department of the Criminal Executive System for Astana city.
Since 2024 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Head of the Department of the Criminal Executive System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Astana city.
