Biography
Born in 1964 in the Karaozen village council of the Kaztalov district of the Ural region. In 1971-1981 he studied at the Karaozensky secondary school. 1981-1986 graduated from the Arkalyk Institute named after Y. Altynsarin with a degree in physics and mathematics.
1986-1988 Taldykuduk state farm of the Furman district, a teacher at the Khairosh secondary school
1988-1999 he worked as a teacher, head of education, director of the school of Akbulak secondary school of Arkalyk district of Kostanay region.
1999-2006 teacher of the secondary school named after G. Moldashev of the Kaztalov district, director of the secondary school named after A. Kusainov, Karasu, Kaztalov, methodologist of the district department of education, chief specialist.
From 2008-2010 he was akim of the Taldykuduk rural district, from December 2010 akim of the Karaozen rural district, and from August 2017 - akim of the Kokterek rural district.
