Biography
Aslan Askaruly was born in 1996 in the village of Kaztalovka, Kaztalovsky district, West Kazakhstan region. In 2017, he graduated from M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in philology:Kazakh language".
He started his career in 2017 as a statistician of the Department of Internal Policy of the Kaztalovsky district.
2017-2018-Specialist consultant of the Resource Center for Youth Work in Kaztalovsky district;
2018-2019 Chief Specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of Kaztalovsky district;
2019-2020 chief specialist of the office of Akim of Kaztalovsky district;
From March 2020 to the present, he has worked as an assistant to the akim of the Kaztalovsky district.
