Biography
Born on April 17, 1969 in Novo-Berezovka village of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region. Has higher education. In 2018 graduated from Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in state and local government.
He began his career in 1989 in the collective farm named after Lenin in the village of Novo-Berezovka, where he worked until 1996.
From 02.11.1996 to 25.10.1997 - member of the Production Cooperative "Talap".
From 25.10.1997 to 15.11.1997 - member of the peasant farm "Yarinskoye".
From 17.11.1997 to 01.03.2002, member of the peasant farm "Dostyk".
With 01.04.2003 till 30.07.2003 - Acting leading expert of Akim's office of Novo-Berezovka rural district of Katon-Kargai district.
From 30.07.2003 till 26.08.2003 - the leading expert of the Akim's Office of Novo-Berezovka rural district of Katon-Karagay district.
