Biography
He was born on 03/10/1982 in the city of Aktobe.
In June 1999, he graduated from secondary school No. 5 in Taldykorgan.
From August 2000 to June 2004, he studied at the Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located at: Aktobe, full-time education.
From July 2004 to May 2007, he studied at the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, majoring in Law, qualified as a Lawyer.
