Biography
Born in 1989, in the village of Shymyr, Eskeldinsky district of Zhetisu region. Higher education. He graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University of Semey (East Kazakhstan region) with a degree in computer science.
• From 2013 to 2018– he was an engineer at the KSU "Information Technology Center" of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Almaty region".
From 2018 to 2022, he was the head of the Department of technical support of the information and communication structure and electronic document management of the KSU "Information Technology Center" of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Almaty Region".
From 2022 to April 2025 - Deputy Director of the KSU "Information Technology Center" of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Almaty region".
Since April 2025, he has been Deputy Director of the KSU "Information Technology Center" of the State Institution "Management of Digital Technologies of the Zhetisu region".
Since June 2025, he has been the director of the KSU "Information Technology Center" of the State Institution "Management of Digital Technologies of the Zhetisu region".
