Badyrakov Nurbek Baktybaevich

He was born on June 11, 1988 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, M.H. Dulati Taraz State University and Peoples' Friendship University of Kazakhstan with majors in water resources and water management.

He started his career in 2009 as a statistician in the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region. In 2010, he worked as a leading specialist in the department of agricultural processing and the introduction of new technologies in the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2012, he was the head of the Department of Agriculture and Water Management of the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region, from 2013 to 2015 - Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region.
From 2016 to 2017, he worked as the chief manager in the Department of analysis and development of the activities of subsidiaries and affiliates of the National Managing Holding KazAgro, assistant to a deputy in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the South Kazakhstan Regional Territorial Inspection Committee of the State Inspection in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Akim of Shymkent.
In 2018-2022, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region, Head of the Department of Agriculture of the Turkestan region.
In 2022-2023, he was the akim of Ordabasinsky district.
2023 - Ethics Commissioner of the Office of the Akim of the Turkestan region.
2023-2025 - Head of the Department of Agriculture of the Turkestan region.
Since January 16, 2025, he has been the head of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region.
