Serdali Dulat Elyubayevich

Born in 1989. Higher education. In 2010 he graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh .Ualikhanov majored in finance, graduated from A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University in 2013 with a degree in law.

He started his career in 2012 as an inspector of the Personnel Department of the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes in the Akmola region.

From 2013 to 2014 - Chief Specialist in public procurement and Banking Operations of the Department of Budget Financing and Public Procurement of the Department of Agriculture of Akmola region;

From 2014 to 2016 - Chief specialist of the Department of analysis of agricultural sectors of the Akim's office of Akmola region;

From 2016 to 2019 - Head of the Department of analysis of agricultural sectors of the Akim's office of Akmola region;

From 2019 to 2020 - Chief specialist - inspector of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the Akim 's office of Akmola region;

From 2020 to 2022 – Chief Inspector for Agriculture of the Akim's office of Akmola region;

From 2022 to 2023 – Head of the Department of processing and marketing of agricultural products of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Akmola region;

From January to June 2023 – Chief Inspector for Agriculture of the Akim's office of the Akmola region;

From 06/23/2023 – appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region.
