Akim of Novo-Poliyakovsk rural okrug of Katon Karagay district
Biography
He was born on March 10, 1983 in the village of Katon-Karagay in Katon-Karagay region. Has higher education. In 2006 graduated from Kazakhstan-American Free University, earned a Bachelor of Law.
He began his career in 2004 and till April, 2005 was employed as an inspector of the Altai forestry in the State Institution "Katon-Kargay State National Natural Park". 2006-2008 lawyer of "DSK-1" LLP, 2008-2012 legal adviser, inspector of justice department, 2012-2021 held various positions from a specialist to head of Katon-Karagai district department of registration and land cadastre of branch of "State Corporation "Government for citizens" on East Kazakhstan region of Department of Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate. On July 26, 2021 on the basis of decision of Katon-Karagai district election commission was elected as akim of Novo-Polyakov rural district of Katon-Karagai district.
He is a member of NPPP Auyl party.
