Suyunchaliev Berik Askarovich was born in 1984 in the West Kazakhstan region.
In 2006 he graduated from the Saratov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2006 he joined the prosecutor's office of the West Kazakhstan region and was appointed to the position of assistant prosecutor of the city of Uralsk.
