Yerzhan Magzhan

He graduated from the Eurasian Technological University, the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, and the Kazakh University of Transport.

She began her professional career in 2014. She has experience in logistics, digital transformation, and public service delivery.

From 2014 to 2018, she worked in Almaty at companies within the Apple City holding (LLP “Apple City Distributors”, LLP “ALG Company”, LLP “Rainbow LTD”). During this period, she held positions as warehouse logistics picker, warehouse accounting operator, transport operations specialist, and supervisor of delivery and service operations.

From 2018 to 2019, she headed the Digital Transformation Department at LLP “Royal Power” in Almaty.

From 2019 to 2021, she worked in Astana at NAO “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” as an analyst, manager, and senior manager of the Digitalization Office.

From 2021 to 2022, she served as Assistant to the Minister at the Ministry of Digital Development in Astana. In 2022, she became Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development.

From 2022 to 2023, she held the position of Managing Director for Service Activities at NAO “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” in Astana. From 2023 to 2024, she worked as Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the same corporation.

In 2024, she served as Director of the Quality Control Department at NAO “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” in Astana. In the same year, she additionally held the position of Deputy CEO of the Digital Transformation Association in Astana. Also in 2024, she periodically served as Director of the Akmola Region филиал in Kokshetau.

Since November 2024 to the present, she has been heading the Department of Digitalization and Archives of Akmola Region.

In 2024, she was included in the Regional Personnel Reserve of Akmola Region.
In 2025, she was included in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
