Head of the personnel management department of the akim of the Kurchum region of East Kazakhstan region
Biography
She was born on January 1, 1968 in the village of Amanat, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1989, she graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk construction -road Institute, having received the qualification of a civil engineer, and in 2001 from the East Kazakhstan state Institute as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature.
In 1990-1994, she worked in the village of Kurchum in PMK-4 as an inspector of the personnel department. In 1999-2003, she was a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at Kurchum secondary school No. 3. In 2003-2005, she was the chief specialist-translator, specialist in the development of the state language of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance department of the Kurchum region. In 2005-2008, she was a leading specialist in the personnel and state legal work department of the Akim of the region. In 2008-2009 - methodologist of the personnel service of the district department of education. From November 2009 to August 2013 - head of the department of organizational and personnel work and control of the regional akim’s stuff. In September 2013, she was appointed head of the personnel management department of Akim of the region.
Married, raised two children.
