Biography
Ospanov Nurgali Alaidarovich was born on January 27, 1968 in the Zhanakorgan region.
In 1987 he graduated from the Turkestan Medical School with a degree in Paramedic and in 1998 from the Independent University "Turan" in Almaty with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 1987 as a paramedic at the Tselinny rural polyclinic in the Shardara region.
