Biography
Akhtaev Alimkhan Saginbaevich was born on February 16, 1972 in the village of Kosuyenki.
In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University of Peoples' Friendship with a degree in Music Education.
He began his career in 1989 as an assistant to a shepherd at the Birlik state farm.
