Biography
He was born on July 20, 1994 in the village of Chernova, Katon-Karagai district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2016, he graduated from the Almaty University of Energy and Communications with a degree in Agricultural Energy Supply.
From August 2015 to September 2016, he worked as a teacher of mental arithmetic at Askar Aya LLP.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked at the gymnasium for gifted children №. 81 "Astana English School" as the head of the mental arithmetic section.
From May 2018 to July 2018, he held the position of acting chief specialist in the State Institution "Office of Akim of the Solonovsky rural district of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region".
From July 2018 to October 2019, he held the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of Akim of the Solonovsky rural district of the Katon-Karagai district of the East Kazakhstan region".
From October 2019 to June 2021, he held the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Ulken Naryn rural district of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region".
From June 2021 to May 2023, he held the position of methodologist for emergency situations (methodologist of the mobile group) of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Katon-Karagai district".
By order of the akim of Katon-Karagai district dated June 01, 2023, he was hired as an assistant to the akim for civil defense and emergency situations of Katon-Karagai district.
Since June 2024, in accordance with the decision of the Katon-Karagai district election commission of June 10, 2024, he was appointed akim of the Aksu rural district of the Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region.
