Biography
Tuganbaev Serik Sarsenbaevich April 4, 1971 in the South Kazakhstan region, Kirovsky district, the village of Zhambyl.
In 1993 he graduated from the Almaty Zoo-Veterinary Institute with a degree in zootechnics.
He began his career in 1993 as a veterinarian at the Togusken state farm.
1996-2005 - technical safety engineer, livestock specialist, chief specialist in agriculture;
2005-2008 - Deputy for agriculture of Yntymak LLP;
2010-2012 - chief inspector of the Zhanakorgan branch of the "Public Service Center";
2013-2021 - chief specialist in the administration of the akim of the rural district of Kelintobe;
From May 17, 2021 to the present, he has been the akim of Akkorgan rural district.
