Biography
Kurmanov Seretkhan Alpeshovich was born on April 25, 1961 in Charnovaya village of Katon Karagay district. He finished Charnovaya secondary school in 1978 and graduated East Kazakhstan State University on the specialty “History, sociology and fundamental of state law” in 1994. He is married with four children.
He started his working life as a mason in the building division of Chernovaya sovkhoz. Then he worked as a safety engineer in Chernovaya sovkhoz. From 2010 to 2011 he was a teacher of history in the basic school of Kaiyndy. From January 2014 to May 2016 he worked as Chief specialist of the Office of the Akim of Akkainar rural okrug. He was appointed acting akim of Akkainar rural okrug by the decision of the electoral commission of Katon Karagay district from August 11, 2017. Later he was appointed akim of the Akkainar rural okrug by the directive of the Akim of Katon Karagay district from November 07, 2017.
