Biography
Born in 1976 in the East Kazakhstan region.
She graduated from the Almaty Institute of Technology, East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov and the National School of Public Policy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Candidate of Technical Sciences.
She started her career in 1998 as a specialist at the East Kazakhstan branch of the RSE "Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification".
In 2003 – 2016 - Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of Department, Head of Gosstandart Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2022 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2022-2024 - Deputy Chairman of the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 2024 to the present - Director of the Department of Electronic and Exchange Trading of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
