Kimatova Elmira Nurovna

Born in 1973 in the West Kazakhstan region. She graduated from the Pushkin Ural Order of the "Badge of Honor" Pedagogical Institute (majoring in History) and the West Kazakhstan Branch of the Kazakh State Law Academy (majoring in Jurisprudence).

She began her career in 1994 as a teacher at the Chizhinskaya Secondary School. Until 2002, she worked within the education system of the West Kazakhstan Region.

2002–2014: Senior Lawyer, Chief Specialist at the West Kazakhstan Regional Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance.

2014: Chief Specialist at the Department for Consumer Protection of the West Kazakhstan Region under the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Consumer Protection.

2014–2017: Head of the Consumer Protection Division at the Department for Consumer Protection of the West Kazakhstan Region.

2017–2019: Head of the Consumer Protection Division at the Department for the West Kazakhstan Region of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2019–2023: Head of the Department for Consumer Protection of the West Kazakhstan Region under the Consumer Protection Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (note: standardizing agency references while retaining original terms).

2023: Deputy Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection for the West Kazakhstan Region.

Since July 2023: Appointed Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan Region.
